As the rumors claimed, Tango Gameworks’ Hi-Fi Rush is coming to PS5 on March 18th. Interestingly, the announcement trailer came from Bethesda’s Latin America YouTube channel and has since gone private. You can check out images confirming the PS5 version’s announcement below, courtesy of Idle Sloth on Twitter.

Hi-Fi Rush is a character-driven rhythmic action game where protagonist Chai battles against Vandelay Technologies and its mysterious yet diabolical machinations. Joined by Peppermint and other allies, the world and its action are all in tune with the beat, which extends to combos and special abilities. Chai can manifest a guitar to battle with but can also grapple enemies and call in assists.

Hi-Fi Rush launched in January 2023 for Xbox Series X/S and PC, garnering extensive acclaim from critics and players – check out our review here. It crossed three million players last August, with datamining earlier this month indicating PS5 and Nintendo Switch releases were imminent.
