Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming Tomb Raider anime series.
The teaser below premiered during a showcase of its animated shows, which was also used to announce a Devil May Cry series.
Starring Hayley Atwell (Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One), Tomb Raider: The Legend of Lara Croft will be released in 2024.

The Devil May Cry anime series, from Capcom, Studio Mir and Adi Shankar, the producer of Netflix’s Castlevania series, is also billed as “coming soon”.

Netflix has also released the first seven minutes of Castlevania: Nocturne. The series, which tells a Richter Belmont origin story set during the French Revolution, will premiere on the streaming service on September 28.

Netflix is working on an original, multiplatform, triple-A game at a recently established studio in California, which is led by Overwatch executive producer Chacko Sonny.
The team also includes the studio’s creative director Joseph Staten, the Halo veteran who left Microsoft in March, and art director Raf Grassetti, who previously held the same position at God of War developer Santa Monica Studio.
