Halo Fan Creates Incredible Stop Motion Film Featuring the Master Chief
Over the years, the Halo series has included many intense battles featuring the Master Chief. Throughout the series, Spartan 117 has faced numerous alien threats. Some of these adversaries that have threatened the safety of humanity include the Covenant, the Banished, and the terrifying Flood outbreak. Recently, one talented fan decided to create an original skirmish between the Master Chief and the Banished.
In a post on Reddit, a user known as sock-bread shared a short film they recently made based on the Halo series. However, this was no ordinary video, as the creator decided to make it using stop-motion. The roughly 4-minute movie featured a miniature model of the Master Chief as he battled Elites, Grunts, and Brutes. The action was stunningly choreographed, showing Chief taking out Banished forces with some impressive maneuvers. Little did he know this was just the beginning of the battle.

After defeating these enemies with relative ease, the Spartan faced a much more daunting task as he was then pitted against what sock-bread described as a “Banished Prototype.” The hulking enemy that resembled a Hunter, albeit with better armor and weapons, was much more challenging. As a result, Master Chief used a version of the mech armor seen in Halo Legends, a collection of short films, to fight the intimidating alien. After a protracted fight, he eventually defeated the prototype enemy.
