Recently, one passionate fan of the series decided to honor the iconic look of this armor with a new pair of kicks.

In a post on Reddit, a user known as KindType shared a collection of pictures of a new pair of Nike Metcon 7 training shoes they purchased. However, these were no ordinary sneakers. Instead, they were custom designed to resemble the MJOLNIR armor worn by the Master Chief. The shoes featured a dark green color contrasted against patches of black on the tongue, sides, and back. In addition, the Nike swoosh, along with parts of the toe and heel, had a gold coloration. On top of this, the Reddit user even had the number «117» embroidered on the back of each shoe.
Besides showing off the Halo shoes in several pictures, KindType gave more details about the custom design in the comments section.
