In fact, the game is so popular that some of the most devoted fans have gone out of their way to bring Wordle from their browsers to the real world such as the person who made a special puzzle for their home brewer dad.
For the uninitiated, the look of the game and the way it's played seems to have caught the fancy of people the world over. Not only has it led to an absolute ton of Wordle clones, but people have incorporated it into various crafts and items as a way to share the fun of the game with others, or just show how much they personally enjoy it. Some have also used the internet-based guessing game in order to bond with friends and family members. That appears to be the case with one particular user.
Wordle Fan Uses Real-Life Version of Game to Reveal Wife's Surprise Birthday Gift
Reddit user ExistingAnalyst3576 recently shared how they had incorporated the look of a Wordle puzzle into real life. They posted a picture of a framed version of the game that they said they made for their father and managed to work their dad's pastime into the theme.
One a white piece of paper that was designed to look like the Wordle home page, the user had the six lines of letters that are available in the real game as people try and figure out the daily word. However, the «guesses» were all filled in with words that have to do with home brewing beer such as yeast, grain, beers, booze and brews.
The puzzle is also filled out the same way as the real Wordle game with some earlier letter guesses being colored yellow, which means that they are in the final word but not in the final spot. Working down the page, the imaginary player gets closer and closer
