Fans of thePokemon series have been imagining new forms of the franchise's pocket monsters for years. Whether it is regional variants or forms for mechanics such as Mega Evolution, fans like coming up with new versions of Pokemon. One fan has done that by coming up with regional variants for a few starters for a sequel to Pokemon Legends: Arceus.

While the three starter Pokemon that were chosen to be a part of the game started out as their original forms from their respective generations, their final evolutions featured new looks and types. In anticipation for a potential sequel to Pokemon Legends: Arceus, one fan has imagined what the starter Pokemon for the game would look like.

A Redditor by the name AbelHagen imagined what the starter Pokemon would look like in a sequel to Pokemon Legends: Arceus. The three Pokemon that the artist chose were Sceptile, Delphox, and Blastoise. While no types were given, the Pokemon received massive makeovers in AbelHagen's art.
AbelHagen brought Sceptile down on all fours, and gave the Grass-type dragon wings. Delphox was given a purple color pallette, had its flaming stick replaced with a broom that has blue and purple flames at the end, and was given a witch's hat. Finally, Blastoise was also brought down on all fours and had its shell replaced with a fortress featuring cannons in the front. The designs are quite ambitious and could feature some interesting types for the Pokemon.
