Guilty Gear Strive – Slayer Launches on May 30th for Season Pass Holders
The fourth and final DLC character for Guilty Gear Strive’s Season Pass 3 is revealed, and, as many suspected, it’s Slayer. The dignified, laid-back vampire is even more impressive than ever and will be available for Season Pass holders on May 30th. Check out his first gameplay trailer below.
Slayer doesn’t adhere to any particular fighting style but is incredibly agile. He imbues his punches with energy for more damage, even outright exiting his clothes at one point, and swiftly closes the distance. He’ll also bite his opponents and drink their blood, which seems to de-age him (though that may be part of his Overdrive).
Stay tuned for more details on Slayer’s abilities and moves in the coming weeks. A new stage, Amber Fest With Kind Neighbors, is also available on May 30th for Season Pass holders (though it’s also purchasable standalone). Though Slayer is the final character in Season Pass 3, Arc System Works confirmed that Season 4 is in development.
