One talented artist has created a remarkable new cover for Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy — The Definitive Edition, taking all three classic Grand Theft Auto protagonists and merging them in a comic-book-style art piece. Grand Theft Auto's comic-book-style artwork has been an integral part of the series, allowing the titles to be easily recognizable for almost two decades. While the series is known for its over-the-top violence, detail, and humor, its unique art style perfectly sets the mood of each game and gives players a glimpse of what they can expect when diving into Rockstar Games' universe.
The long-anticipated GTA trilogy remaster was released November 2021 across consoles and PC, allowing modern audiences to experience the classic PS2-era titles — Grand Theft Auto III, Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas — revamped with visual enhancements and gameplay improvements for current-generation platforms. Each title features higher-resolution textures, greater draw distances, revamped lighting, weather effects, and modernized controls with the addition of each platform version of the GTA Definitive Edition being slightly different from the other. Unfortunately, displeased fans took to social media following its launch to scorn its graphical glitches, bugs, and more. Despite its technical issues, Rockstar Games has promised to release updates over time to correct many of the difficulties players are having, and the remastered collection is no longer in a broken state as it was during its disastrous launch.
