GreedFall 2: The Dying World Gameplay Revealed in New Trailer
A new trailer for Spiders Studio’s GreedFall 2: The Dying World is available, providing some details on the Doneigada of the Teer Fradee and offering a few first glimpses at gameplay. Check it out below.
As a Teer Fradee native, the story sees the player on a mission to become a Doneigada (which translates to “Sage”). These figures protect Teer Fradee, though violence is considered a last resort. However, with the player character uprooted and transported to Gacane, dealing with the war and Malichor plague, it remains to be seen how the Doneigada can help.
As for the new gameplay, it highlights the tactical pause option for slowing down and making decisions amid combat. The sequel also lets you control your companions in battle, increasing the strategy involved. Of course, we also briefly see the environments players will explore.
GreedFall 2: The Dying World launches into early access on Steam this Summer – check out the roadmap here. Version 1.0 will be released next year to coincide with the PS5 and Xbox Series X/S versions.
