No, it's not even saying that this is just a theory (a game theory, ha). If you Google "Who is Mario's daughter?", Google will give you Rosalina's Wikipedia page, as if Nintendo has actually confirmed this idea. Spoiler alert: it hasn't. But whatever algorithm is used to provide us with the most relevant search results has seemingly decided it's canon anyway, giving us more questions than answers, given that Rosalina is considered one of the oldest characters in the Mario series.

This discovery was shared on Reddit by user Just_Hour3931. True enough, it's legit. Give it a go for yourself, and Google will give you this bizarre bit of Mairo "lore."
Of course, Mario and Peach being Rosalina's parents (via time travel shenanigans) has been a theory in the fanbase for years, so this is likely where Google is getting confused. However, if you Google "Who is Peach's daughter?", you won't get the same result. Naughty Mario.
Better yet, OP says this search was recommended while they were Googling something else about the Mario movie. This suggests that a bunch of people online wanted to know if Mario had settled down to start a family, only to be greeted with this theory, presented as a fact.
However, this is far from the only fan theory about Rosalina's parentage. Many fans believe that she's actually the child of Princess Peach and Luigi. Which is seriously breaking the bro code, to be honest. I also won't stand
