A Genshin Impact player has shared an in-game screenshot showing all 65 playable characters in their roster being level 90. Over the last couple of updates, developer HoYoverse has introduced a pattern of adding at least two new characters with every new version of the game.
The most recent additions in the ongoing Genshin Impact update 3.5 have been the five-star Pyro character Dehya and the four-star Cryo user Mika. Dehya was featured in the first banner cycle alongside the Electro user Cyno and HoYoverse confirmed that she will join the Standard Banner after 3.6 arrives. This means that the only way to get her in the future will be by either wishing on the Standard Banner or by losing a 50/50 on the limited banner.
