A Genshin Impact leak has revealed the appearance of a new character named Momoka who is expected to arrive in the upcoming months. Developer HoYoverse keeps adding new characters to their playable roster with every new update with the five-star Pyro user Dehya being the most recent addition.
She won't be the only character to arrive in Genshin Impact version 3.5 as the official live stream event for this update confirmed that a four-star character named Mika will be placed on the second banner cycle alongside Shenhe and Ayaka. The game's social media accounts revealed that the upcoming update 3.6 will also include two new characters, the long-awaited catalyst user Baizhu and the popular Sumeru architect known as Kaveh.

A new post on the popular Genshin Impact Leaks subreddit has revealed the model of a new character named Momoka, who is scheduled to arrive in update 3.7. According to previous leaks, Momoka will be tied to the Inazuma region which means that the main storyline could head back to the Electro nation. When it comes to her rarity, rumors have revealed that she will be a new five-star Geo character, which will make her the first character to have this element and rarity after Itto who was released back in December 2021.
Many fans claim that they like her overall design and the fact that HoYoverse is finally adding a new Geo character. She is also expected to be a sword user who can provide shields which led many fans to debate if HoYoverse will manage to make her fit the current meta.
