Recent leaks have revealed more details about the appearance of one of Genshin Impact's newest upcoming characters, an Electro user confirmed to be from Inazuma. While the Sumeru region has been the focus for most of Genshin Impact's updates since its introduction, recent patches have seen older regions receive multiple new characters. Version 3.5 brought Mondstadt's Mika with Version 3.6 confirmed to see the long-awaited arrival of Liyue's Baizhu as a playable character. Now, the Japan-inspired Inazuma is reportedly receiving its own new character soon.

Rumors have swirled throughout recent weeks about multiple new characters hailing from Inazuma planned to be added to Genshin Impact. The rumored Kirara recently saw more information leak about her release, confirmed to be a Dendro Sword user after being previously hinted as a new Geo character. A leak which surfaced last week also teased a new four-star female Electro character from Inazuma that is reportedly in development from HoYoverse. Now, fans are getting more of an idea about how the Electro character may look in-game.

A new update from trusted Genshin Impact leaker hxg has revealed several design details for the unnamed Electro character including her hairstyle, personality, and outfit design. She is claimed to bear a «cold and elegant» demeanor with a hairpiece in the shape of three bachis, the strumming instrument for a shamisen. The new character dons a kimono with a pattern based on the viola tricolor with silk socks that are reportedly similar in appearance to Keqing's «Opulent Splendor» skin. The currently unnamed Electro character is reportedly set to debut in Version 3.8.
