Sony continues to throw all of its marketing muscle behind the newly released Final Fantasy 16, as the PS Store has been reskinned to reflect the title’s arrival today. In addition to some eye-popping artwork, which takes up the entire upper-half of the PS5’s store, there are also appropriate links to the product pages for both the standard and Deluxe Editions of the game.

I’m trying to think of any recent time that a third party game got this much marketing push from Sony, and nothing comes to mind; this is wild. If you didn’t know any better, you’d have good reason to think this was a major PlayStation Studios release.
The one thing that bothers me is that the game has to drop down to 720p internally to maintain 60hz during combat. Maybe we do need PS5 pro for those who want higher fps.
@Triumph741 From my understanding of why it does that is because of the devs implementation of ray tracing. That's why it can't reach past 45 frames in populated areas and why it suspiciously goes to 60fps and drops that resolution during combat.
