A hotfix has been applied which fixes the Whirling Dagger interaction on Harlan Sweete, increasing the deadliness of this encounter in Freehold. The Whirling Dagger ability is supposed to chain to all targets after 60% health when Loaded Dice: All Hands! is cast.

Previously it wouldn't, and would only hit the first target. This has now been hotfixed and Whirling Dagger will hit all targets once Harlan Sweet hits 60%.

This DoT hits very hard and will greatly increase the amount of damage that a healer needs to output on the fight. In addition, there are circumstances where both Whirling Dagger and Cannon Barrage will overlap leading to very lethal overlaps.
