Evoker Legendary Hinted Again in New Hotfix (Warning: Lore Spoilers)
Another batch of hotfixes have been pushed which indicates that the Evoker Legendary is real and will be crafted. Spoilers ahead! Thanks to Dorovon for noticing this and letting us know about it.

Evoker Legendary Weapon HotfixWe previously speculated on why we thought that an Evoker Legendary would exist based on datamining, but a brand new spell has been hotfixed onto live servers which definitely indicates this even further. Spell ID 406791 has been hotfixed to be the following:
NEW Teach a player of the appropriate profession how to craft part of the new version of the Oathmaker. Blacksmithing: — Reclaimed Gauntlet Chassis Jewelcrafting: — Immaculate Coalescing Dracothyst Engineering: — Inspired Order RecalibratorInterestingly, this item is called the Oathmaker, compared to the previous Oathbinder, possibly indicating that making the Oath to the Dracthyr is now their choice rather than a Mind Control effect. There's also some other spells that are related to each profession.

The unencrypted ModifiedCraftingSpell Slot recipes indicates that:One recipe needs 20 Shadowed Alloy. One recipe needs 50 Arclight Capacitor. One recipe needs 20 Elemental Harmony and 20 Illimited Diamond.The first recipe clearly matches up to Blacksmithing, the second Engineering and the third Jewelcrafting!
