Forza is looking to go back to what made it the premier racer for many fans. By having the ultra-realistic mechanics to putting players as close as they can be to their dream car, it’s no wonder why the series is a household name now. Continuing this trend, Turn 10 Studios is looking ahead and bringing back the fan-favorite franchise: Forza Motorsport. We haven’t seen a new Motorsport game since Forza Motorsport 7. So for all the car heads out there, this is something to look forward to. On top of that, it looks like Turn 10 Studios wants to replicate the Forza Horizon’s accessibility in this entry. This way Forza Motorsport has the potential to be the biggest in the series.
Following what the Horizon line of Forza has done by making the game easy to get into, Turn 10 Studio is looking to follow that style this time around. From the initial trailer, we saw that Forza Motorsport wants to give you the freedom of Forza Horizon 5 and the immersion of a typical Motorsport game. If you’re looking to get into Forza Motorsport, now is probably the best time.
By making it a pure simulator in the same spirit as the first Motorsport game, you may get immersed rather quickly. In short, Turn 10 Studios is hoping to cast a wider net to get more players in, which is a good thing. This helps the community grow, and in turn, more content. That’s a win-win for everyone!
Forza Horizon 5 has tons of post-launch support, for example, the game just had its 10th-anniversary update that brought a large amount of content. You can assume the same long-term support for Forza Motorsport will be more than apparent.
