Fortified, Afflicted, Raging - Week 4 Mythic+ Affixes

AfflictedAfflicted is a brand new affix to Patch 10.1.
Afflicted periodically spawns Afflicted Soul while in combat. Afflicted Souls will begin casting an uninterruptible Afflicted Cry, which will reduce all players Haste by 100% for 10 seconds. Afflicted Souls have Cursed Spirit, Poisoned Spirit, Diseased Spirit and dispelling one of these debuffs (non-Magic dispels), or healing the soul to max health will cause it to stop casting and despawn. Afflicted Cry has a range of 60 yards, and can also be avoided by line-of-sight.Similar to last week, Afflicted is on a timer and can spawn a maximum of 2 at a time. The timer of Afflicted is shorter at 30 seconds, and doesn't need to spawn on every interval. Unlike last week, fewer classes have the ability to counter the affix, as the affix needs to be healed or dispelled. If you have 2 or more classes with a dispel in your group (hybrids + Mage), the affix is really easy. Simply dispel one add each time and the affix is countered. However, if you don't have 2 or more classes with a dispel, you're probably in for a rough time especially if your healer needs to dispel something else or during a high healing mechanic (like last boss Vortex Pinnalce) — enjoy your 100% Haste reduction. At the very least, 100% Haste reduction isn't nearly as punishing as a 50% damage and healing down from last week. More classes are simply passengers along for the
