We've now seen all of the new Mythic Plus affixes, so this week's GG WoW video discusses how these affixes have been performing compared to the affixes they're replacing. Incorporeal has had a bit of a rocky launch, with hotfixes reverted and re-added to allow Warriors and Death Knights the chance to interact with the affix.
Incorporeal varies wildly from group to group, with some groups having a very easy time if they have multiple players looking to handle the affixes, especially those playing specs with spammable and target swappable hard CCs, while other groups have players with worse toolkits and/or paying less attention to the affix can experience a similar feeling to the Explosive feeling, with one or two players overwhelmed and the rest of the group being passengers. Afflicted has a similar pattern, with a few very easy silver bullets that neutralize the affix held by Hybrid classes, but with groups comprised primarily of Hunters, Rogues, DHs, Warriors, DKs, and Warlocks instead left struggling with a very high intensity affix that, as usual, lands on the healer.
Entangling, in Dratnos and Tettles' opinion, has done a great job of getting out of the way of the dungeons and allowing them to shine. They hope that Afflicted and Incorporeal will be iterated on to reduce the burden that falls on one or two players in some groups, perhaps with «Thing from Beyond» style adjustments where the Incorporeal could spawn in view of only one or two players (though of course it would be important to add more abilities from certain class kits to the list of ones that handle Incorporeal if this change were made).
