Even though season one of the Fallout show will be six months old by the time Halloween rolls around, there will almost certainly be a lot of Fallout-themed costumes at parties and possibly even trick or treating this October 31, although I'm not sure the show is suitable for kids. If you are already piecing together a Vault Dweller costume for 2024's spooky season, and you want that costume to be the best it can possibly be, then you may want to pick up Game's new Vault 33 backpack.
While guaranteed to add to your Fallout look, there's a catch. Well, actually, there are a couple. First of all, it only appears to be available at Game, a UK chain of video game stores. Second of all, it costs £200, which is roughly $250. That's a lot of money for a backpack, whether it's Fallout-themed or not. Game is really trying to sell it, though. It's equipped with enough pockets to pack away everything you'll need for the apocalypse, and the yellow fleece blanket on top is a part of the package deal.
If you're living somewhere Game delivers to and you're not deterred by the high price, the Vault 33 backpack is available to pre-order now. It'll be a while before it arrives, but rest assured it will be with you in time for Halloween with a release date of September 30 attached. It's not the only high-end Fallout accessory Game has revealed this week either. You can also add a functioning Pip-Boy to your Fallout look if you like, but that particular accessory won't be with you in time for October 31.
The Pip-Boy 3000 will be released on January 31, 2025, and brace yourselves if you like the loom of it because yes, it's another high price item. If you want the Pip-Boy to eventually accompany your backpack, it's going to cost you the same again, so another $250. Again though, you're getting a lot for that high price. While you can't use it to access a vault, Game's Pip-Boy is a working watch that will include animations from the Fallout games.
That's somewhere in the region
