Warning! Contains a preview for Jurassic League #3
The dinosaur versions of Flash and Green Lantern are officially revealed in a new preview for DC's Jurassic League. Following the debut of the prehistoric Trinity, it seems as though they'll soon be joined by the savage versions of the Fastest Man Alive and the Emerald Knight (who've already joined the Mosasaur Aquaman). Now, it's only a matter of time before the full League joins forces to take on the dino-villains who've assembled to bring forth Darkseid.
In previous issues of Jurassic League from Juan Gedeon and Daniel Warren Johnson, this new alternate DC universe is inhabited by humans and dinosaurs alike. However, it seems as though the dinos are the only ones to get powers in this prehistoric reality. While heroes such as the dinosaur Superman (aka Supersaur) are seeking coexistence between species, more sinister dinosaurs are serving the Dark Embryo to harvest humans, using them as a source of power to bring forth and hatch a Dinosaur Darkseid. While the Wonderdon and Batsaur have joined forces with Supersaur to keep the humans safe, there are still heroes yet to come.

Furthermore, the heroes still have the powers of their human counterparts despite being giant lizards. Here are the preview pages and synopsis featuring Green Lantern as a hadrosaur/parasaurolophus and Flash as a velociraptor:
