The first full gameplay showcase for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League debuted today at Sony's February State of Play, showing a whole lot of shooting and flying around.
The Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League trailer appeared right at the end of Sony's February State of Play, finally giving us a proper look at how the game will play. One of the first details revealed is that it's going to take place five years after the events of Arkham Knight. We then got to see the Squad going up against Braniac's army while chasing the Flash, who's been corrupted by Braniac.

After showing six minutes of gameplay, we then got to see some of the game's story in action, with Wonder Woman confronting the Flash and asking him how to put a stop to everything. Rocksteady then went into more detail on some of the more minute details of the game, such as the fact that the Penguin is the team's arms dealer, and describing how each of the characters plays differently from one another.
The new gameplay footage also went into detail on some of the previously leaked customisation options, including costumes for each of the characters and weapons that can be tweaked with different skins, attack types, and more. Not sure anyone was expecting damage numbers in their Suicide Squad game, but here we are.
It's been a bit of a long road for Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Initially announced all the way back in 2020, it was delayed several times and hasn't had much gameplay footage shown off, save for some edited shots in its second trailer.
