Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Fans Are Using The Piano Minigame To Play Official Songs

Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth's newly announced demo is available to download, and will take Cloud and Sephiroth on a journey to Mt. Nibel's Mako Reactor during the Nibelheim flashback. Well, it would do that if people could pry themselves away from the game's piano minigame, which players can try out when exploring Tifa's house during the chapter's opening section.

Very similar to the Guitar minigame from The Last of Us Part 2, Final Fantas 7 Rebirth features a fully playable piano that players can use to tackle various themes from the game. It also has a free play mode that lets you play tunes to your heart's content, and we already have players recreating some official songs and iconic tracks from other video games.

We'll start with the official music first, as we should know by now that you can't give gamers a piano without someone recreating the intro to MCR's 'Welcome to the Black Parade'. This is exactly what Twitter user Silmarelliot did upon getting their hands on the piano though, while Reddit user Luka86uchiha went with a different 00's classic and recreated the opening to Linkin Park's 'In The End'.

We also know that the Venn diagram of Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts fans is almost a complete circle, so naturally, a couple of people decided to play some iconic tracks from the series. One of the first people to do this was Twitter user Wanderinglostm, who somehow managed to play 'Dearly Beloved' from Kingdom Hearts 2 mere hours after the demo went live.

Clearly not wanting to be outdone, Twitter user HollowRiku (fitting name) also managed to crank out another Kingdom Hearts classic, instead creating a rather lovely piano cover of 'Simple and Clean'. There are a bunch more out there, far too many to include here, but clearly Cloud has a hidden talent of playing the piano to be able to have all of these tunes in his locker.
