Square Enix has announced visual improvements for the Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth demo following complaints about the image quality of Performance Mode. They’ll be included in the demo’s content update and carry over into the game when it launches this month.
Going live on February 21st, the update also adds Junon as a region to explore. While the exact amount of area that players can explore in the demo is unknown, the intent is to showcase the freedom players can expect. The demo currently features a flashback to the Nibelheim Incident, with Cloud and Sephiroth playable.
Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth is available on February 29th for PS5. The second part in the Remake saga features Cloud and friends pursuing Sephiroth outside Midgar while evading Shinra. Thus far, Square Enix has showcased six regions, not including the Meridian Ocean, and various activities and mini-games. Check out the overview trailer for more details.
The update to the Final Fantasy VII Rebirth demo scheduled for February 21st will apply improvements to the visual quality when selecting “Performance Mode” from the graphics options.
The same improvements will also be applied to the full game. <a href=«https://twitter.com/hashtag/FF7R?src=hash&ref_src=» https:>#FF7R
