Against The Wall is one of her most important quests. This is because it gives you some insight into what she was thinking at the beginning of the revolution and how she feels now you're closing in on victory. Here's how to complete the operation.
This operation is part of the Esperanza and Isla Del Leon collection of quests.
It unlocks at some point after doing the Dead Drop mission for Juan. You don't trigger it yourself, though. Instead, Clara will call you out of the blue and ask to meet.
For this operation, you must head to the Esperanza region. You don't have to enter the main city, though. Clara wants to meet just south of the city at the San Cayetano Orphanage, which also serves as a hideout. So, you don't need to be cautious when approaching the area.
There are a few entrances to the orphanage. For instance, you can head around to the south side of the building and grapple up. If you want a more dignified entrance, though, you can go around to the east side of the building to find a staircase to ascend.
Either way, once you make it inside, a cutscene will trigger. The said scene sees Clara remember the time she began the revolution and why she did it. Then in the conversation with Dani, she talks about a potential meeting with Castillo.
