Fallout's upcoming TV show in production at Amazon Prime is probably one of the leakiest projects known to man. Several images of the set, locations, and other info have leaked on a fairly regular basis over the past year, so it's no real surprise that the show's first official sneak peek/teaser trailer has also made it onto the Internet well before Amazon itself was ready to show the thing off.
This is thanks to one particularly naughty individual at Gamescom, who recorded a video of the teaser trailer that was shown off during a Starfield presentation and posted it to YouTube (thanks Eurogamer). Due to the fact that this video was recorded via someone's phone in a fairly busy convention hall, it's not in the greatest quality, but you can make out just enough to get a sense of what the finished show is going to look like.

You can watch the trailer down below (I warned you about the quality), which begins with a shot of two Vertibirds, presumably being piloted by the Brotherhood of Steel. We then see a group of Brotherhood soldiers in Power Armor, a few people leaving a Vault, and the first look at what appears to be actor Walter Goggin's portrayal of a Ghoul. A couple of nucelar explosions have been thrown in for good measure, which all adds up to around about a minute of screen time, mostly comprised of random bits of footage.
The trailer then ends with a release date of 2024, something which was officially announced earlier today via the Amazon Prime Twitter account. It was also revealed that the location in which the show takes place will be Los Angeles, and that the story will revolve around Vault 33, though no further details were shared beyond that.
