Fallout's upcoming TV show that is in production over at Amazon Prime is a fairly mysterious entity at the moment. All we have to go on right now is one leaked trailer, a bunch of leaked set photos, and a few vague official updates from Amazon itself. However, it was revealed earlier this week that the Fallout TV show will launch at some point in 2024, and Amazon announced this news alongside a piece of concept art depicting a pre-apocolypse Los Angeles, the location in which the show takes place.
It's seems a like a decent piece of art on the surface, but fans of the show have looked a little closer and believe that they've spotted all the hallmarks of an AI image. The problem was first brought to attention by actor and director Stephen Ford, who is best known for his roles in Teen Wolf and Kamen Rider: Dragon Knight, which then prompted others to share multiple examples of this teaser image being an AI product.

The biggest indicator appears to be the red car that can be seen in the bottom right of the image. For starters, the rear of the car looks a lot like the front, but it's definitely the rear since it's waiting in line behind a bunch of other cars and the steering wheel is on the left side. The sign on the top of the car is also diagonal for some reason, and the windows on either side appear to at different heights.
If you're still not convinced, others have noticed that one of the tall metal buildings in the background warps to the shape of the mountain, and there's also a lady in the bottom left of the image stood behind the Vault-Boy that appears to have three legs.
