's much anticipated post-game expansion DLC is available for pre-order now, exclusively for the PlayStation 5, and pre-order bonuses have been revealed. Though not much information has been given yet as to what the story for will entail, it has been revealed that Aloy will be traveling to an area that formerly was Los Angeles. The DLC picks up immediately following the events in, introducing the new area along with characters to encounter.

The expansion,, was announced during The Game Awards 2022 and is expected to be released on April 19, 2023. Unlike the base game which was available for both the PS4 and PS5 consoles, this DLC is exclusive to the PS5 version of the game due to how limited developers were finding the PS4's capabilities to be with what they wanted to create. is available for pre-order now on the PlayStation Store.

Players who pre-order DLC on the PlayStation Store will get two free in-game items:
