Finding all of the talismans in Elden Ring isn't going to be a quick or painless affair. In the case of the Bull-Goat's Talisman, though, you don't have to beat the dungeon in which it resides, so you can pick it up pretty much whenever you're ready--as long as you're able to stealth past a huge bear. In this guide, we'll tell you where to find this poise-enhancing talisman.
The Bull Goat's Talisman raises your poise, which will increase how many hits you can take before becoming staggered. This can be especially useful against aggressive opponents in PVP.
The Bull-Goat's Talisman's item description reads:
A talisman depicting the horns of a bull-goat. Raises poise. Bull-goats are associated with the stout and mighty Tragoth, said to be unflinching in combat — now a silent comrade to those who fight.
The Bull-Goat's Talisman is located within Dragonbarrow Cave in northeastern Caelid. This dungeon is relatively difficult and best tackled after you've leveled up quite a bit. Luckily, though, the talisman doesn't require you to beat the entire dungeon.
When you first enter the dungeon, you'll notice one of the huge bears wandering around. Killing the bear is a bit challenging in such a small space, so it's often safer to just stealth past it. Either way, follow the cave to the left through the bear's normal patrol path until you reach a dead end with a corpse that is holding the Bull-Goat's Talisman.
