The Great Jar's Arsenal Talisman is the most effective Talisman for increasing one's Equip Load, but to find it you'll have to get through the Siofra River and defeat three Invaders.
The Great Jar's Arsenal Talisman is Elden Ring's strongest Equip Load Talisman. The regular Arsenal Talisman increases Equip Load by 15% and the +1 version increases it by a smidge more. The Great Jar's Arsenal Talisman blows them both out of the water at a massive 20% increase to Equip Load.
This increase is based on your current Equip Load. For example, an Equip Load of 50 is increased by 10, while an Equip Load of 80 is increased by 16. It's a simple effect but one that can mean the difference between being able to equip heavy items or not. Magic users and other classes that don't put much investment into Endurance will find this Talisman most useful.
The Great-Jar's Arsenal Talisman is a reward for defeating three Jar Warriors in the Dragonbarrow. The Great-Jar can be seen from the cliffs above near the Dragonbarrow Isolated Merchant, but players can only meet this silent and imposing NPC by traveling through the Siofra River.
