To reach this location, Tarnished travelers can exit the Capital's outer walls from the Outer Wall Battleground Site of Grace. Next, they can go west down the Rampartside Path and ascend the plateau above the Altus Tunnel. Be mindful of the Black Knife Assassin that guards the entrance to the catacombs.
