Fromsoftware’s latest RPG is brimming with new and exciting weapons to find and use as you fight your way through the myriad of enemies and bosses on offer throughout the game. Elden Ring also features many of the traditional fan favourites from Souls games of the past, from the standard to straight swords to the most massive of hammers.

Moreover, Elden Ring includes several unique weapons that offer powerful abilities and bonuses, aiding you in your journey across the Lands Between. One of these weapons is the Bloodhound’s Fang, a curved blade that can only be obtained by defeating a challenging early-game boss.

The Bloodhound’s Fang can be found in the south of the game’s starting area, Limgrave, and North of the Bridge Of Sacrifice that leads to the Weeping Peninsula. The exact location where you will find the greatsword is pictured above and is named the Forlorn Hound Evergaol.
Simply finding this location will not be enough to obtain the Bloodhound’s Fang, however, you will instead need to defeat the enemy trapped inside the Forlorn Hound Evergaol. To begin this fight, head to the center of the Evergaol and choose the interact option. From here you will be transported to what seems to be an alternate version of the Lands Between and will be able to fight the Bloodhound Knight Darriwil.
