Elden Ring's Devourer's Scepter is a Great Hammer weapon that has a pretty unique default skill called Devourer of Worlds. By using some FP, Elden Ring players can use the skill to strike the weapon against the ground to drain the life force out of nearby enemies. While it does take a few seconds to charge up, this can be great for crowd control (or when the HP bar is looking low, and players don't want to waste one of their flasks).

The Devourer's Scepter is dropped by an NPC named Knight Bernahl, who is initially located at the Warmaster's Shack in Stormhill before moving into Volcano Manor. However, for players that have already made it past Volcano Manor and have defeated Rykard, they can go to Crumbling Farum Azula and get invaded by Recusant Bernahl. Upon his defeat, players will get the Devourer's Scepter, among other things.
Starting from the Beside the Great Bridge Site of Lost Grace in the northern section of Farum Azula, players should follow the next steps to reach the spot where they will get invaded by Bernahl.
If players go to this area and don't get invaded by the knight, going back to Volcano Manor and speaking to Bernahl should «fix» it. Make sure Rykard has been defeated, and exhaust Bernahl's dialogue.
Devourer's Scepter scales with Strength, Dexterity, and Faith. It requires 25 Faith, 24 Strength, and 20 Dex. It also has a weight of 11.25, and the FP cost is 35 to use the Devourer of Worlds skill.
