Rogue Legacy 2is the 'spiritual successor' to the original Rogue Legacy, releasing nine years after the original. This metroidvania, roguelite 2.5D adventure game has players taking control over a family lineage where stages and successors are randomly generated. Each Heir then goes through dungeons to meet their doom, with the home, Heirlooms, and gold of their forebears.
