We had Eiyuden Chronicle: Rising last year, but the main event, Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes, is now on the approach. Coming from some of the creators behind the Suikoden series, this tactical turn-based RPG now has a release date, lining up for release on PS5 and PS4 on 23rd April, 2024.
Kickstarted back in 2020, this spiritual successor looks promising in the gameplay above. It sports a HD-2D art style, combining pixel art and 3D environments, and as the name suggests, will let you play as over 100 unique characters. As well as engaging in strategic turn-based combat, you'll be building up the Headquarters home base, with the space gradually opening up with more and more facilities as you progress.

The same thing happened when Xbox announced that the game will be released in Game Pass with them informing the backers days later.
