Duriel & Andariel Mythic Unique Drop Chance Doubled - Diablo 4 Season 6
Blizzard has once again adjusted the way that Mythic Uniques drop — while all Tormented bosses have a chance to drop them, Duriel and Andariel have double the odds in Diablo 4 Season 6!

As of Season 5, Tormented Bosses received a slight tweak in terms of item drops. Players were able to farm any Tormented boss they wanted (and had the summoning materials for) because Mythic Unique drop rates were standardized across all of them, allowing players to break away from the Duriel and Andarial spamming. Now, however, Blizzard has reverted that change, once again bringing Duriel and Andariel's drop rates for Mythic Uniques up and setting them apart from other bosses.
- Duriel and Andariel do not guarantee a Mythic item drop but their chance to drop a Mythic item is twice as high as other Tormented bosses.
With their drop chance being twice as high, this firmly cements both Duriel and Andariel as the optimal choice for Mythic Unique farming, meaning players will have to get used to farming Mucus-Slick Egg and Sandscorched Shackles again.
