For the upcoming Dune: Part Two, we've only seen a few bits and pieces--until now. The newest trailer for the film gives fans everything they've been waiting for, and then some. The CinemaCon trailer hinted at Paul Atreides (Timothee Chalamet) taking his destiny head-on and dueling the infamous and cruel Feyd (Austin Butler).
There's also the first look at Christopher Walken as Shaddam IV, the Emperor and head of House Corrino, and more outrageous costumes for Princess Irulan (Florence Pugh) the Emperor's daughter. There's also a bit of a history lesson about House Atreides and Paul's role in setting things right. Check it out below.
Denis Villeneuve's 2021 adaptation of Dune, based on the 1965 novel of the same name by Frank Herbert., was a critical success nominated for ten Academy Awards--taking home six. It also had box office success and introduced Herbert's world of Dune to a new generation of fans.
Alongside Chalamet, Walken, Pugh, and Butler is an all-star cast that includes Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Léa Seydoux, Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem. New additions include Souheila Yacoub and Tim Blake Nelson in an undisclosed role.
Dune: Part Two arrives in theaters on November 3.
