When it isn't having a legal spat with its former employees, developer ZA/UM is continuing work on its much beloved game, Disco Elysium. The narrative RPG is widely celebrated for a number of reasons, among them its unique art style and witty writing. Interestingly, you'll soon be able to toy with these aspects when the Collage Mode update arrives on PS5 and PS4.
Out today on PC, Collage Mode is kind of like a photo mode. In the environment, you'll be able to place whichever characters you want and change their poses and even their size to create original scenes. As well as that, you'll also be able to insert custom dialogue, in effect allowing you to produce your own narratives when combined with the characters. The cherry on top is a series of filters, stickers, and frames to adorn your creations.
Collage Mode will come to Disco Elysium: The Final Cut on console platforms «over the coming days». If you're after another reason to return, this looks like a neat new way to enjoy the game. Will you be checking it out? Tell us in the comments section below.
