Diablo games are perfect for the Halloween season, and Diablo Immortal is here to set the stage for some even greater hauntings. The latest update will begin the Hallow’s Wake event, add new cosmetics, balance changes, events, and the ability to replay dungeons.
This update is a mix of new challenges, balance changes, and a full slate of events. It will be live in all regions on Wednesday, October 11th.
The Hallow’s Wake event begins on October 18th, with a full event for those level 30+ featuring all the goblins and undead you want to skewer to earn yourself some Hallowed Stones to trade for some rewards that include the fist bump emoji, new cosmetics, Telluric Pearls, costume chests, and Legendary items. You can only get one costume chest, with one of three costumes inside, so hope you have some luck in getting what you want. The three possible costumes are: Grave Robber, Royal Guard, and Skeletal Mage.
Also starting October 18th, the shop gets the Hallowed Horns cosmetic set, in three different bundle options. Standard gets you the set, Collector’s edition gets you an additional Portal, and Deluxe gets Ornamented cosmetics, a cross-class standard version, and three bonuses, including the Hell Knight costume.
Several classes get changes in the interest of more balanced PvP. The Blood Knight, Necromancer, and Wizard had been overpowered after the recent 30% damage reduction. Item combat ratings also got tuning passes, with items that have more attributes getting a higher combat rating, and item combat rating not increasing between certain Paragon Level brackets.
The team is also bringing in a highly requested feature, the ability to replay dungeons. This applies to parties of any size and once you've reached the end
