According to d4race.com, Rob2628 is the first player to reach Level 100 in Diablo 4! Based on the fan-made racing site's rankings, Twitch streamer and Youtube creator Rob took a landslide win in the race for World First 100. We do not know if these rankings are reliable, so we hope to hear official confirmation from Blizzard soon.

In terms of his sleep schedule, Rob states that he had about 8 hours of sleep over the last ~62 hours since Diablo IV's Early Access Launch, meaning that he played pretty much non-stop outside of sleeping.
