It appears that these World Boss spawns follow a pattern of one spawn every 5-6 hours, with each World Boss spawning 2-3 times in a row. For example, if Ashava is spawning for the first time today at 6 pm EST, she will most likely spawn again at around midnight.
Once a World Boss has spawned multiple times consecutively, the next World Boss will follow. The spawning pattern appears to start with Ashava, then Wandering Death, and finally Avarice before repeating.
