Diablo 4 Patch Doubles Loot For a Limited Time
Blizzard has released a spontaneous patch for Diablo 4 that has doubled the drop rate of Uber-Uniques from the Echo of Duriel. This loot drop will not last forever, though, as the developers state, the rates will only remain in place for a limited time.
This seemingly random addition is not as random as one may think, as it comes after Blizzard took note of players quarrels with the drop rates when diving back into the game after a long bre ak. The developers noted they only added in this increased loot table to give more players a fair shot at rare loot.

One commenter even stated ,
“Too late, I’m not spending my Xmas doing mat farming for items that’ll be useless in weeks.”
Since Season three is sure to bring higher caliber loot and extremely powerful Uber-Uniques, some feel it is better to wait it out rather than to dive back in while the iron is hot.
On top of the doubled loot, the Vampire Power Metamorphasis has also gotten a fix.
