We've been hard at work datamining all the new changes for Diablo 4's Patch 1.4.0! Take a look at the raw data we've gathered below.
Editor's Note: this datamined information comes directly from the Diablo 4 client. While some of it may differ to what was described in patch notes, this is the current information live in Patch 1.4.0. These changes are specifically from Live Version to Live Version of the game, meaning players saw many of these changes on the PTR realms already.
These changes may have already entered the game due to the nature of Blizzard's release process — while the items aren't necessarily new to this specific patch release, they are new to the latest comparison of patch changes.
Here are the datamined changes for build 1.4.0.53129, compared to 1.3.5.52293.
Taunt Nearby enemies and gain 40% Damage Reduction for 6.48 6.5 seconds.
Throw a powerful kick that deals 18% damage and Knocks Back enemies in front of you. Enemies who are Knocked Back into terrain take an additional 70% 105% damage and are Stunned for 3 seconds.

Skewer enemies in front of you, dealing 13% damage, then damage which is guaranteed to Overpower. Then rip your weapon out, damaging enemies for their total Bleeding amount and removing all Bleeding damage from them.
Core Skills deal 135% 100%\ increased damage, but cost 100%\ more Fury.
