Looking for how to upgrade Healing Potions in Diablo 4? The primary method of restoring health for every Class in the game is through the use of Healing Potions, restorative consumables that can (and must) be upgraded in line with the ever-increasing difficulty curve. On this page, as part of our Diablo 4 guide, we'll teach you how to upgrade your Healing Potions, no matter which stage of the game you're at.
All players begin the game with a Weak Healing Potion and can carry four at a time. You get more by slaying enemies or looting containers, and their timely use will be essential to overcoming Diablo 4's many tough boss encounters, not to mention the numberless hordes of demons that proceed them.
Upgrading your Healing Potions is a fairly simple matter, provided you know where to go and what you need. Where you need to go is the major hub city of Kyovashad, and what you need are vast quantities of both herbs and cash.
At Level 10, all players will unlock an Urgent Quest to go and visit Verdoka the Alchemist. Her shop can be found near the southwest gate of Kyovashad (check the image above for the exact location). Once there, you will be able to upgrade your Weak Healing Potions to Tiny Healing Potions.
From here on out, you will be able to upgrade the potency of your Healing Potions, provided you have the requisite ingredients and reach the required level. This upgrade is one of the most meaningful things you can do for your character and should be prioritised above virtually all else.
Check the table below for the exact requirements:
