Pay-for-Power
- Despite the recent leaks, the Diablo 4 team has restated that they will not be adding any pay-for-power to the game.
Season 3
- In Season 3, Helltide will last for 55 minutes every 1 hour, with only 5 minutes of downtime between Helltides.
- Players will be able to earn Item Level 925 gear by participating in other types of endgame content.
- The team is working on improvements to gold trading for console players.
- The next Diablo 4 livestream will cover Season 3.
Itemization
- The team wants to make finding gear more meaningful.
- It sounds like there will be some kind of Crafting or Item Modification coming to the game.
- Big changes are likely to be coming in Season 4.
Abattoir of Zir
- A new seasonal endgame event that will become available on December 5th!
- Abattoir of Zir will be more difficult than Tier 100 Nightmare Dungeons.
- The event will include 25 levels of difficulty.
- Abattoir of Zir will be available to play until early January.
- Players will have 10 minutes to complete each run.
- Players will earn the new Tears of Blood Glyph after their first successful Abattoir of Zir run.
- Tier 1 Abattoir of Zir will reward 1,000 Glyph experience!
- If a player dies in Abattoir of Zir the run is over.
Midwinter Blight
- Will become available to play on December 12th, and will be available through January 2nd.
- A new boss encounter, called the Red-Cloaked
