The Last Chance is the penultimate mission in Destiny 2's Witch Queen campaign. Featuring tough encounters and hundreds of Hive enemies, this is arguably one of the hardest missions in the campaign to beat flawlessly on Legendary or Master difficulty.

Dozens of Knights, multiple Lightbearers, and Wizards are present on this mission. You'll need to spec heavily for Arc damage and survivability if you want to survive. This guide will cover which subclasses and weapons to bring for this mission, and we'll give tips on how to best complete every encounter. If you're attempting to beat the Master variant solo flawless, make sure your Power is near the recommended amount; this one's tough.
Legendary is tough on this mission. You'll have to face an army of tanky Hive Knights, Wizards, and a few Lightbearers. Bring an Arc weapon to counter the plethora of Arc shields in this mission, and bring a loadout that has great damage resistance or some other form of survivability.
Master features Barrier and Unstoppable Champions. Similar to Legendary, an Arc weapon is highly recommended to deal with the shields. Open sightlines and high-damage foes also discourage aggressive play. Be cautious.
Hunters should use Nightstalker. Invisibility makes this mission significantly easier, allowing you to reposition with Hive Swords or get away from Knights. Consider using Omnioculus for additional survivability.
Titans can't go wrong with Sentinel here. Detonators are great for the second half of the mission, and the abundance of overshields helps counteract the sheer damage output some enemies have. You'll want to use as many Towering Barricades as possible here.
