Continuing the development of Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, director Hideo Kojima announced through a post on social media platform X that actor Shioli Kutsuna has wrapped up her part of the filming, scanning and acting required for the upcoming game.
In a post on X, Kojima thanked Kutsuna with a cute video where he presented her without a bouquet of flowers for her work on Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. As part of her work on the game, Kutsuna had to get 3D scanned for her performance capture in the game.

Kutsuna is only the latest actor to wrap up her work on Death Stranding 2: On the Beach, with Kojima also having revealed that both Kikuko Inoue and Yasuyuki Kase had also wrapped up their parts. The duo also got their own bouquets.
The announcement comes after a post by Kojima earlier this month indicating that studio Kojima Productions had entered the crunch phase of development for Death Stranding 2: On the Beach. In the post, Kojima spoke about how the studio is going all out in what he referred to as the most demanding period of game development.
Kutsuna is just one of several actors that will be present in the game, with other Japanese actors in the game including Shion Wakayama as Tomorrow, Mutsiru Miyamoto as Tarman, and Tomokazu Sugita as Dollman.
Kojima had announced the Japanese voice cast for the game back in September, which includes Satoshi Mikami as Higgs,
