Dead Island 2’s PC requirements are here
destructoid.comWe’re not far off from the release of Dead Island 2, which means it’s probably a good time to know if your rig can handle it. Dambuster Studios has put out a list of PC system requirements for the upcoming zombie action game, as well as an FAQ to address some common questions ahead of launch on April 21.
On the PC side, it looks like you’ll need a decently modern rig to play at the recommended 1080p / 60 FPS settings. That entails either an AMD Ryzen 5 5600X or Intel Core i9 9900K CPU, as well as an AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT or GeForce RTX 2070 Super. Keep sliding on up to 1440p or 4K, and the requirements get even heftier.
While the minimum memory requirement is 10 GB, everything above a base 1080p / 30 FPS experience will need 16 GB. And across the board, you’ll need 70 GB of hard drive space available. A decent chunk, though thankfully less than some other games coming soon. Here’s the full breakdown, by each specification:
