As noted by Reddit user Jose_Jota, Astarion appears to make a cameo appearance in the 2024 artwork for the spell, which depicts an elf Cleric casting the spellin the midst of a vampire court. In the bottom right corner of the image, a character with Astarion's signature locks of silver-white hair lunges forward with a sword in hand.
