To say that Cyberpunk 2077 has had a difficult time since its initial release back in December 2020, would be a massive understatement. When it first launched, Cyberpunk 2077 was rife with technical issues that not only broke the composition of the experience but also made the game barely functional on some platforms. To be fair, Cyberpunk 2077 has come a long way since then, but there are still some bugs the game hasn't managed to shake.
In one year, CD Projekt Red has managed to make enormous strides in improving Cyberpunk 2077's quality of life. Numerous patches and hotfixes have been released that address the core issues that plagued the active gameplay of Cyberpunk 2077. While the game certainly runs much better since the initial launch, as one player recently found out, Cyberpunk 2077 isn't quite free from its technical issues.
Cyberpunk 2077 Clip Shows What Happens When Players Try to Use Guns Outside of Their Level
Over on Reddit, a user by the name of RedGing12 posted a thirty-second video clip where they witness an NPC falling from one of Night City's skyscrapers, only to stand up as if nothing had happened. Upon further inspection, the player noticed that there was a significant bloodstain where the NPC had landed, but the NPC himself looks perfectly fine.
This might be an extremely hilarious occurrence for some, but it ultimately highlights a problem that Cyberpunk 2077 has always had and, evidently, still has. The ultimate goal of Cyberpunk 2077 is to make Night City and other surrounding areas feel alive and vivid, but it's almost impossible to cultivate that sense of immersion when NPCs are falling off of buildings, only to come out of the situation unscathed.
